We have a 7-day size exchange policy, which means the purchased products can be only exchanged in different size. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the order being delivered to you.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at care@kibolabel.com. If your size exchange is accepted, we’ll provide a reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

No refunds are allowed from our end, so we request you to be mindful while shopping with us.

Damages and Issues:

In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. We ask that you record a video of the unboxing in case we need it as a proof. Please initiate a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Complaints made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

In Case Of Pickup Service Unavailable:

At times, certain PIN codes may not be serviceable for pickup. In such instances, please self-ship the items to the address below. We will refund ₹100 in the form of a coupon code.

DOs & DON'Ts during pickup:

Ensure the original product tag and packing are intact when sending the product back.

The following products are not eligible for return and exchange:

• Any product returned without all original tags included with the product at the -time of delivery.
• Any item that has been worn or washed.
• Any product not from Kibo.
